You can return your unworn goods provided we get them back within 14 days and in perfect original saleable condition with the original tags/packaging.
How to Return/Exchange an Item
Firstly please email us to let us know the following:
- Your name and the email address used to order
- Your order number
- The product and reason for return
- If requiring a replacement please include details of the new size/product required
Please post your goods back (within 14 days), including your name, order number and reason for return inside the package to:

The Finer Details
All items returned to us are at your own risk so we recommend using a recorded postal service. Once your return is received has been received and checked, your exchange will be processed.
Please allow 3 days from receipt of parcel to dispatch. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
